HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

All appointments are made by scheduled bookings only. Please reach out to us by calling  083 351 7615 or emailing info@fitfourdublin.com.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

If you arrive late, it might result in a reduction of treatment time, and the full amount may still be charged. FIT FOUR is committed to starting the next scheduled appointment on time. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of your treatment will be incurred. We appreciate your understanding.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY INITIAL APPOINTMENT?

For new patients, we recommend arriving at the clinic 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, but no more than 15 minutes prior.

WHY IS A CONSULTATION FORM NECESSARY?

Prior to commencing your first treatment, new patients must complete and sign a Consultation Form. The information shared is treated with utmost confidentiality. Following completion, FIT FOUR will review the details with you and may inquire about your medical history. This step ensures that your treatment is tailored specifically for you and identifies any medical concerns that could hinder therapy. Please note: This one-on-one consultation with your therapist is mandatory, typically lasting a few minutes and included within your treatment duration.

CAN I CLAIM BACK FROM MY HEALTH INSURENCE FOR MASSAGE APPOINTMENT?

The Sports Massage service at FIT FOUR is currently not reimbursed by Irish Health Insurance companies. An application has been made in that matter and we hope to offer this facility in the near future.
